About me
If you feel like every day is a fight for survival, I’d love to help you. Through therapy you can turn the critical voice in your head into a voice that's more supportive and compassionate. I'll teach you practical strategies to be with your emotions without getting overwhelmed. I'm trained in trauma therapy and help my clients with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, burnout, harsh self-criticism, stress, excessive people-pleasing, and emotional dysregulation. All parts of you are welcome and you don’t have to leave any part of yourself at the door, including the parts that may be nervous about coming to therapy, and the ones that feel ashamed of that.
I work both in English and Polish on daily basis, so if good communication is important to you, please get in touch. I trained in therapy overseas and have a more relaxed, less formal approach to that commonly found in Poland. I also draw from my own experience of being a therapy client, healing, loss and emigration to my work as a therapist. I’m particularly dedicated to providing counselling which is culturally safe, I’m a feminist and an LGBTQIA+ ally. I use trauma informed approaches to therapy - these include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory and attachment theory.
