I studied psychology in Berlin and Cardiff, completed a clinical specialization, and undertook an internship at a psychosomatic hospital. I have researched occupational burnout and supported individuals experiencing stress or workplace mobbing. I have lectured in Wrocław and provided support via the WeTalk online platform.

I have been working as a coach for 16 years. I completed the ICC program and the Accredited Crisis Coach course. I have over 1,000 hours of coaching experience and 200 hours in mentoring, supporting clients through change and personal development.

I have delivered numerous soft and hard skills trainings across various areas.
