About me (ENG):
My name is Dagmara Płócienniak, and I am a psychologist. In my work, I am guided by genuine care for others – I believe that everyone deserves attention, understanding, and support.
I always place the client at the center: I listen attentively, accompany them in difficult moments, and help them discover their own strengths. My goal is to create a safe space where one can speak freely without fear of judgment.
For me, psychology is not only a profession but above all a mission – being present when someone needs help and supporting them on the path toward balance and inner strength.
I am a member of the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy and the Polish Association for Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
