Qualifications and experience
About me
I'm a clinical psychologist and a psychotherapist in training by education and passion. I believe that a therapeutic relationship is an extraordinary journey, sometimes a rough one but always a shared one. It might happen that you are in crisis, maybe you feel lost, overwhelmed by life changes or you find it difficult to manage your emotions and body reactions. My role in our shared journey is to help you go through these bumpy moments on your path by supporting you, discovering and building up your personal resources.
I'm convinced you have the recourses that can help you overcome your problems but sometimes you might not notice them yet. Together we'll try to change it by setting off towards the willed.
I work in an ericksonian approach which is a strategic and naturalistic therapy with a focus on modifying your non-working habits and therefore looking for the best solution to YOUR problem. I think each of us is unique, so I choose a therapeutic technic and method appropriately to you, your difficulties and objectives.
