My name is Martyna Tokarczyk and I’m a psychologist dedicated to supporting people who are going through difficult times in life, feeling lost, overwhelmed, or struggling with the effects of challenging relationships and past experiences.
I specialize in:
-working with individuals who have experienced life in destructive, coercive, groups, cult-like environments,
-supporting people in emotional crises,
-ADHD assessments and support for adults,
-helping clients rebuild their sense of agency, confidence, and healthy boundaries.
