Qualifications and experience
About me
I am a psychotherapist, educator, psychotraumatologist, and psychologist in training. In my work, the most important aspect is building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and kindness. This allows me to accompany individuals on their journey, helping them uncover the causes of their suffering and unhappiness, understand their desires and needs, appreciate the richness of life, better understand themselves, and view the world from a different perspective. I use an integrative approach, drawing on the insights of various schools of psychotherapy. I work with both adults and children, as well as adolescents. I assist those struggling with anxiety, depression, psychosomatic issues, emotional crises, the loss of a loved one, grief, difficulties in family and social relationships, and those going through a challenging time in life. I welcome anyone who wishes to better understand themselves and others, who is dealing with internal conflicts, or is searching for their place in life.
