About me (ENG): 

I am a psychologist, psycho-oncologist, and psychotraumatologist. I am continuously expanding my expertise – currently training to become a cognitive-behavioral therapist and a Simonton therapist.
I work with adults facing challenging life situations such as crises, chronic illnesses, grief, trauma, or low mood. I also support oncology patients and their loved ones in coping with the emotional difficulties associated with illness.
Thanks to my extensive education, including studies in suicidology, I assist individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts, anxiety, and stress. In my therapeutic work, I incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) techniques, which help clients build on their strengths and find effective solutions, as well as Rational Behavior Therapy (RBT), which supports the transformation of maladaptive beliefs and the development of healthy thinking patterns.
I prioritize professionalism and dedication, creating a space filled with understanding and acceptance. I firmly believe that every person possesses inner resources that enable them to overcome challenges. My role is to help clients discover and utilize these resources in their journey toward change and improved quality of life. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where the client is an equal partner in finding solutions. During sessions, I ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere, allowing for open emotional work and the exploration of new perspectives.
At the end of high school, I was diagnosed with Stargardt disease – a genetic condition that leads to central vision impairment. Accepting this reality was a long and demanding process, in which the support of my loved ones, finding a new purpose, and discovering a deeper meaning in life played a crucial role. Engaging in helping others allowed me to transform my personal experience into a motivation to work as a psychologist. I understand how essential a sense of agency and acceptance of the present moment is – this is why I support my clients in finding balance, strength, and hope, regardless of their circumstances.
