I entered the road of self-development over 20 years ago when I, myself needed some support. Now I realise that it was a revolutionary time for me which started the road of constant development, where discovering the world, myself and others are dominating factors. I graduated Clinical Psychology and Mental Health at Cardiff/Swansea Universities in Wales, UK and I got my Masters Degree. I also graduated from IPRI (Institute of Psycho-education and Integral Development) in Cracow, Poland where I got awarded a Certificate of Professional Coach. I have worked with client for over a decade supporting them in their life related difficulties and also in their ways to achieve their private and professional goals. I work with individual clients as well as with groups. In the center of the scope of my work is psychological therapy and coaching.I specialise in anxiety disorders, depression but also in mood disorders, lack of motivation, problems related with: 'moving on with life', problems concerning teenagers e.g. self-confidence, self-esteem, isolation, social phobias, relationships etc. As a therapist, I am in constant development and in supervision, currently I am during therapeutic certification process in SFT - Solution Based Therapy. I also work in English. Every single client is a professional challenge that I give full attention to but also gain an inspiration from.
