Hello everyone, my name is Iwona Kraszewska-Konisiewicz and I am a psychologist with a very broad range of specializations in this field. For nearly 20 years, I have had the pleasure of supporting both adolescents and adults in their personal development. I hold a master’s degree in psychology with specializations in clinical and personality psychology, and I am also qualified in clinical sexology, psychotraumatology, coaching, organizational psychology, pedagogy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, diagnosis and therapy of ADHD and Autism, as well as hypnotherapy (all confirmed by appropriate diplomas). In my practice, I also use a wide range of psychological tests and provide expert opinions. My diverse skills and analytical approach enable me to effectively identify problems and tailor therapies to the unique needs of each client—additionally, I am an economist and auditor from my first career path, with a vast experience from corporate work, and a teacher of English and mathematics, which gives me another resource of knowledge gained from schools and the ability to assist children, youth, and their parents.

I have extensive knowledge in the field of positive psychology and teach my clients numerous relaxation techniques, mindfulness, etc., so they can help themselves in crisis moments.

Adults and teenagers struggling with sexual problems such as desire disorders, difficulties achieving orgasm, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, issues related to gender identity, or dysfunctions stemming from past sexual traumas.
Consultations with me offer a space open for dialogue and understanding, where the priority is an individual approach and adapting work methods.

My experience in diagnosis, coaching, and developmental support, along with my passion for critical thinking, enhance my competence in conducting therapy, which translates into more effective assistance.
