About me
I am a psychologist with an academic background in both psychology and sociology, and I also work in a corporate environment, focusing on management and supporting people in situations that require mental resilience. I offer online psychological consultations where I emphasize genuine connection, attentive listening, and practical support. My approach is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), in which I have completed over 100 hours of training.
I support individuals who:
experience stress and anxiety related to work, personal life, or relationships,
struggle with low motivation, overload, or burnout,
face important decisions and seek greater clarity,
want to better understand themselves and improve their quality of life.
My perspective combines professional knowledge with personal experience. I grew up in a difficult environment marked by trauma, so I deeply understand feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Having gone through my own therapeutic journey, my insights are grounded not only in theory but also in lived experience.
For many years, I have also been a manager in an international corporation, where I have personally faced the challenges of high-paced environments and even professional burnout. This allows me to truly understand the psychological demands of corporate life.
In addition, I have been a gamer since childhood, which gives me unique insight into gaming and online communities, as well as the challenges men often face when much of their time revolves around the virtual world. This perspective helps me support clients in finding balance between digital life and everyday wellbeing.
In our sessions, I provide an atmosphere of safety and confidentiality. I do not judge – instead, I help you view challenges from a new perspective and explore possible solutions. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and pace.
