About me

I'm an MBA graduate with 20 years of sales experience.
I have also completed a few learning programs:
Coaching Course with accreditation from European Mentoring and Coaching Council,
A yearly course in Psychological Assistance,
An eight weeks study in Motivational Interviewing,
A Habit Coach certification on Coach.me.
A 3 years' study in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy run by Oxford Mindfulness Centre.

The topics around which I have built my specialization are similar to my experience. The first topic is coping with stress and anxiety, reconciling many responsibilities, the need to find peace in life.
The second topic is introducing a new habit or changing an existing one into a more useful one.

The two topics are often related because understanding how certain unfavorable mechanisms work (e.g. what causes stress and how we respond to it) requires further work on a more useful approach.

As Shirzad Chamine says, understanding what's going on is 20% success and the rest is working on changing the way you think or react.
