About me
For over 15 years, I have been supporting people in their personal development, in dealing with challenges, and in achieving both professional and personal goals. I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their motivation, clarify priorities, and introduce meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
I built my professional experience in the business environment, working in various roles – from client-facing positions and team management to trainer, coach, mentor, and HR Business Partner. This background allows me to deeply understand the pressure, responsibility, and tension experienced by both employees and leaders.
In my individual and team-based work, I combine a coaching approach, mentoring, and elements of performance psychology. I focus particularly on work related to goals, motivation, beliefs, stress resilience, and patterns of thinking that influence everyday decisions and actions.
A significant part of my practice is also dedicated to working with physically active individuals and athletes, supporting them in mental training, improving focus, coping with pressure, and strengthening psychological resilience.

How I work
The foundation of my work is a relationship based on trust, partnership, and a sense of psychological safety. I place great importance on ensuring that clients feel heard, understood, and supported. My methods are always tailored to individual needs – depending on the situation, our work may take the form of coaching, mentoring, or consultation. I focus on practical application of the solutions we develop together, as well as on working not only with behaviours, but also with underlying thought patterns and attitudes that shape them.
I work in a developmental and coaching-oriented approach, using tools and techniques derived from selected therapeutic frameworks. My work does not constitute psychotherapy or the treatment of mental disorders.
I believe that lasting change begins with the first conscious step – taken at the right pace and with appropriate support.
