I'm a trauma therapist and specialist in addiction psychology. I also work as a mediator and couples therapist. I support individuals going through emotional crises, relationship conflicts, low self-esteem, or long-standing inner struggles.

In my work, I combine Solution-Focused Therapy with psychodynamic approaches – always tailored to your unique needs. I continuously take part in professional training to deepen my skills and offer the most effective support.

I believe that change is possible – even if right now it feels out of reach. Sometimes all it takes is to be heard – with kindness, understanding, and without judgment. And that's what you can expect in our work together.
