Pracuje w nurcie integracyjnym ze szczególnym naciskiem na terapię systemową. Podczas terapii wspólnie docieramy do źródeł trudności, które często mają miejsce w rodzinie pochodzenia lub innych wczesnych doświadczeniach.
Pierwsze 2-3 konsultacje mają na celu wzajemne poznanie oraz określenie celów terapeutycznych.
