About me
I am a psychologist and a graduate of SWPS University in Wrocław. In recent years, I have worked in a kindergarten and a psychological and educational counseling center, where I supported children on the autism spectrum and their families through observations, consultations, and activities aimed at developing communication and emotional skills.
Currently, I focus on online psychological consultations for adults, parents, and young adults who seek support in areas such as emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and coping with everyday challenges.
In my work, I value mindfulness, empathy, and authenticity. It is important to me that each session becomes a safe space where one can speak openly, without judgment - with care, understanding, and genuine curiosity about the other person.
