About me
Everyone experiences mental pain at some point in their lives. Since you are reading this, you are most likely struggling with stress, anxiety, depression or you are not coping in everyday life and you are suffering a lot. If you want to lead a happy life, you need help and the right tools. You can get it during therapy.
I am a clinical psychologist and sociologist. For 6 years I have been conducting individual therapy for adults in the field of cognitive-behavioral psychology focused on solutions using techniques of rational behavior therapy and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). During therapy, I select optimal strategies, therapeutic tools and tasks tailored to the needs of my clients.
