Psychologist – Adrian Wychowański

I am a psychologist, a graduate of Collegium Humanum in Warsaw and WSH TWP in Szczecin. I am a member of the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Psychiatric Association. I have developed my competences through numerous postgraduate studies, including psychotraumatology, transport psychology, clinical sexology, couples and addiction therapy, psychosocial counseling, human resources management and public relations. I also completed a master's degree in pedagogy with a specialization in career and personal counseling.

I gained my professional experience in psychiatric facilities – both in day and closed wards – working with patients with various mental disorders, including depression, anxiety and schizophrenia. I have also conducted individual and group trainings and worked in the area of ​​human resources management.

I specialize in individual therapy, couples therapy and sexual disorders therapy. I help resolve conflicts in relationships, rebuild bonds and improve communication. As a psychologist and sexologist, I support people experiencing difficulties in the intimate sphere, building sexual identity and improving the quality of sexual life.

In my work, I am guided by an individual approach, mindfulness and empathy. My goal is to provide effective psychological help and support patients on their way to emotional balance and well-being.
