About me
- A bilingual (PL/ENG) psychologist with 14 years of experience providing psychological support worldwide and a CBT practicioner- Owner of the company "God Soul Heart and Mind"
- Founder of the charity group "Daily Dose of Support"
Education:
In 2017 I earned my degree from SWPS University in Warsaw, where I began my journey in the field of psychology. In 2022 I earned my international certificate of cognitive behavioural therapy practitioner at The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology.
In 2012 I started my psychological journey as a volunteer at a shelter for victims of domestic violence, providing essential support to women and children. Later, I became a trainer with the Together Against Violence organization, where I for few years I led workshops and lectures for both children and adults on topics such as anger management, addiction, stress, crisis management, socialization and family and relationship challenges.
My experience also includes work in Białołęka prison, where I provided psychological support to long-term inmates and led personal development sessions. Currently from 2020, I work as an independent psychologist and psychotherapist in my own company God Soul Heart and Mind, offering online consultations in both Polish and English language.

Opinion:
Polecam! Odpowiednia dynamika komunikacji, przestrzeń do mówienia, ale też zastanowienia się nad nieoczywistymi sprawami. Swoboda nazywania rzeczy nawet wtedy, gdy pierwsze słowa są nietrafione, oraz delikatne prowadzenie do ich właściwego ujęcia sprawiają, że proces jest naprawdę wspierający. Dla mnie to bezpieczne miejsce dla adresowania moich problemów.

Opinion:
Pani Psycholog pomogła mi w rozwiązaniu mojego problemu. Mimo że skończył się nam już czas rozmowy to tak na prawdę nie zerkała na zegarek, nie poganiała mnie i kontynuowaliśmy spokojnie aż nie byłam pewna wszystkiego co chciałam zrozumieć. Dziękuję i z czystym sumieniem polecam.
