About me
I work with women who feel that the path they’ve been following no longer fits. That something has been quietly out of alignment for some time. I help them create clarity, reconnect with their own perspective, and make decisions that redefine how they show up at work and in life.For nearly 20 years, I held senior roles in an international environment within one of the world’s leading global organizations. I led corporate and product communications, built brands and reputations, and navigated complex crisis situations. I was also a member of executive teams across Poland and Central & Southern Europe.
Today, I bring both my professional and personal experience into my work. I support women in making decisions that require courage and in having conversations they can no longer postpone. Decisions that allow them to stop adapting at their own expense and start living on their own terms.
This work has been evolving in me for a long time - shaped by my professional experience, my personal journey, and a deep belief that women can live and work differently: with more clarity, courage, and alignment.
