Dialog Motywujący (Dialog Motywujący to oparty na współpracy styl prowadzenia rozmowy, służący umocnieniu u osoby jej własnej motywacji i zobowiązania do zmiany).
Badania Odporności MTQ48 i MTQ48 SPORT – po zdiagnozowaniu odporności psychicznej udzielam sesji coachingowej w której wyjaśniam możliwości do rozwoju, zmiany, poprawienia odporności, radzenia sobie ze stresem.
Mindfulness i trening uważności.
Specjalizuje się w pomocy psychologicznej dla osób w kryzysie, depresji, żałobie, pomocy w sytuacjach trudnych. Prowadzę psychoedukację z zakresu inteligencji emocjonalnej, radzenia sobie ze stresem. Pomoc psychologiczną udzielam indywidualnie, on-line oraz w pracy w grupach prowadząc warsztaty i szkolenia dla dorosłych oraz dzieci.
Prywatnie chodzę po górach, jeżdżę na rowerze i aktywnie lubię spędzać czas.
