About me
Ryszard Skarbek is a certified business coach, mentor, and HR advisor. He mainly works with middle and senior managers in mentoring and business coaching areas.He helps leaders working in large corporations, as well as board members and CEOs of medium-sized companies.
He has over 30 years of professional experience, including over 20 years spent as a manager and head of global functions in an international, multicultural corporation. Thus, he knows the realities of the "corporate world," all its pressures and unwritten rules.
Currently, he has over 1,000 hours of individual coaching sessions behind him, and his main areas of specialization are:

- life coaching of business leaders.
For several years, he has been cooperating with the Kraków School of Business operating at the University of Economics, where, as a coach, he individually supports Executive MBA students.
