About me

Maybe you're tired. Maybe you're afraid. Maybe you don't even know where to start – and that's perfectly okay.

Perhaps things have been “working somehow” until now, but something inside has started to crack. Maybe there's tension, sadness, emptiness – or just a feeling that something isn't right anymore. Or maybe it’s simply time to take care of yourself in a new way.

I invite you into a space where you don’t have to prove anything. You can come exactly as you are. Without pressure, without judgment. With what feels heavy, confusing, or even nameless right now.

I support people at different stages of life – during emotional crises, moments of transition, or simply when they feel the need to be seen, heard, and understood.

In my work, I draw from various therapeutic approaches, including Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. What matters most to me is creating a space where you can feel safe – and where change can begin, gently and at your pace.

I have completed a number of professional trainings in couples therapy, trauma work, behavioral addictions, boundaries, and family dynamics. I continue to deepen my knowledge through seminars and advanced trainings, so I can offer support that is both compassionate and grounded.

You don’t have to know where to begin. You just have to show up. I’ll be there.
