About me
EducationI have always been passionate about human behaviour and I fell in love with psychology at the University of Buckingham. It's where I started to learn about human nature. The natural next step was to study how to best work with clients - knowledge that I acquired at psychotherapy training in Wrocław. My particular interest lays in individuals who experienced loss of pregnancy.
My education not only provided theoretical and practical foundation. More importantly, I learnt the critical thinking, constant questioning and searching for best answers, as well as intra and intercommunication skills. Currently, I am undertaking a postgraduate course in Psychotraumatology.
Experience
As a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association I strive to achieve the highest work standards. I like working with difficult cases and am always interested in all individuals who cross my life. I spent many years in England where I worked with emotionally and behaviourally challenged adolescents. I am no stranger to multicultural diversities and taboo topics. I worked on a psychiatric, geriatric and oncology wards in hospital in Saint John (NB, Canada) and supported women in difficult life situations in a women organisation in Toronto (ON, Canada).
