I strongly believe that prevention is better than cure. Taking care of our mental health is like taking care of our dental hygiene. When all is good, the whole body works better and we can fully enjoy our life and relations.

I particularly adore positive psychology, which focuses on building mental resilience, improving our well-being and personal strengths. I help clients in the following areas: regulating emotions, stress management, anxiety, depression, managing time and change, setting and achieving goals, increasing self-esteem, self-confidence, perseverance and motivation, personal development and satisfaction with life.

Our sessions can be in English, Polish or Italian.
