About me
I am a psychologist, graduated from SWPS in Warsaw, specializing in clinical and health psychology. I was educated in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Depression and Anxiety Disorders at the Beck Institute in the USA and I am carrying the study at school of dialectical-behavioural therapy also in the USA. I have completed course on Mental Health and Psychological Assessment organized by the Health Academy in Australia and a course on an LGBTQ + friendly therapies.I have been living abroad for 20 years and I know well the problems of expats related to staying in a new country and understand the difficulties of families that have changed their place of residence. I am fascinated by the phenomena of Third Culture Kids. Living in a multicultural environment gives me ability to understand communication obstacles and how to solve them. I have also graduated from anthropology studies, which gave me the ability to look at the world from various perspectives, which in turn improves my view of a problem or situation. Experiences with the period of staying abroad and travels made me to respect different cultures, religions and value systems.
