About me
I have a master's degree in psychology. In the years 2009-2014 I graduated from SWPS University in Warsaw, majoring in Psychology with a clinical specialization. I am currently undergoing therapeutic training in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) at CBT Academy in Milan.In the years 2016-2021, I served as a court expert from the list of the District Court in Radom. I have extensive experience in divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements, and in preparing both children and, most importantly, adults for the divorce process, which is among the most stressful events one can face in life.
Our psyche, our brain, is no different from other organs of our body. When mental problems occur, it is worth going to a specialist because talking has a therapeutic effect.
If you find it difficult to establish contact with other people, feel loneliness, are going through a crisis or loss in your personal life, experience mobbing at work, notice symptoms of depression such as insomnia or excessive sleepiness, feel anxiety or stress that prevents you from functioning on a daily basis, react with pain to difficult situations in your life, I encourage you to decide to change and please contact me.
I am constantly improving my qualifications and training to provide psychological assistance as best as I can. I want to help other people feel better mentally and be able to find their way in these increasingly difficult times.
Privately, I am interested in forensic psychology and I am an animal lover.

Trafiłam do Pani mgr Agnieszki zaraz po sytuacji bardzo dla mnie kryzysowej i bardzo męczącej. Wsparcie, wysłuchanie, doradztwo i całkowite zrozumienie było niesamowite i mogę z całego serca polecić tutaj konsultacje. Przy każdym kolejnym spotkaniu tworzy bezpieczną atmosferę, dzięki której otworzenie się jest naturalne i wiem że wszystko przy kolejnych zapamięta. Jak się nie podłączyłam raz na umówioną wizytę to dzwoniła do mnie prywatnie zmartwiona, bo jest to tak dbająca osoba. Bardzo bardzo polecam i dziękuję!
